"Updated rating... Lower to 1 star. Have been waiting to hear back from them like they said they would concerning me contacting them and insurance info. They have not contact me in over a month and have done nothing to correct this issue. Would not suggest them. Got paperwork from my insurance saying "the plan must describe short and/or long term treatment goals. We received the notes we have. The notes do not show that you had treatment goals." I'm back to where I was when I started and the gains I made have evaporated."

They know you right away recognizing your name from the front desk to the techs to the physical therapist when you go in! Gabby was right about my care right from the very beginning. She recognized some things with the incision as well as the right time to start physical therapy for me! She is very skilled and knowledgeable in what she does. "The therapist here are all welcoming! I am 16 almost 17 and recovering from extensive knee surgery, after it being almost a year and they started working with me about two months ago my knee has been a lot better. Although the body is difficult and dosent like to listen to you brain and pain levels. The therapist here make sure to enforce the moto “pain = no gain” they are all about helping not hurting and if you are in pain they take a step back and revaluate. They are all very calm and helpful. 10/10 consider coming here! You will not regret it."
