"We have been bringing our dogs here for 6 years .. they are always so accommodating..and the doc took time from his day to be so kinda and chat with me about politics last time I went there to grab my dogs medicine (thank goodness we had the same view point ,otherwise, awkward) lol very helpful people , and there fees are at a good rate and flexible ... highly recommend"

"Do not make an appointment for your pet here! You will be met with less than compassion. We made an appointment for our dog for Wednesday 12/20 at 3:30pm because she wasn't feeling well and paid the $25 deposit. Tuesday 12/19 at 9pm our dog was exhibiting concerning symptoms, so we decided to take her to the Emergency Vet where she was hospitalized. I called Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic at 8am the next morning, the day of the appointment 30 minutes after opening, to discuss our options with every intention of trying to bring her in and keep our appointment. I was told to cancel the appointment and contact Internal Medicine directly because that is what the clinic would do anyway. I asked if the $25 deposit was refundable and they said, "Since it was less than 24 hours notice, no". Our dog passed away this morning Thursday 12/21. We called again to explain the situation further and ask if we could be refunded the $25 because of events outside of our control. We were emphatically again told no that they have an answering machine and could have left a message. This was not explained to me prior when making the appointment, and something we did not know was an option. Also, I do not see how calling and leaving a message at 1 am would be "within the 24 hours" any more than calling at essentially opening. I am shocked at the clinic's lack of empathy and understanding especially in the wake of our dog's passing. I can only imagine how they would respond in other situations. You just lost a customer and hopefully many more over $25."

"My experience with this vet was incredible. My poor fur baby was having a really rough day & had gone to the emergency vet off Powers only a few hours beforehand (expensive, useless, and unnecessary added stress for both of us). Anyways, I made a call to this office (after no improvement from the emergency visit) and they rushed her in. The entire staff was so caring and sweet and showed genuine concern for my Lulu. The lovely doctor helped her and cared for her more than the emergency vet. Their compassion during such a difficult time touched my heart and helped my fur baby. They even cared enough to make sure I'd keep them updated on her condition. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but she has shown some improvement since being helped by these wonderful people."

"Our pup developed an eye infection while we were traveling. This was the only vet that was willing to see the dog in the Colorado Springs region. The entire staff were helpful and compassionate. They worked our dog into the afternoon schedule and followed up a few days later to see how he was healing."
