"I enjoyed my meal at The Delectable Egg. The inside is very neat and had cartons of eggs worked into the decor. The service of the staff was very quick. The waiter immediately moved me to a table and provided a glass of water. The longest part of the experience for me was deciding what to get from the menu. I ordered the Rooster Surprise. There was an error with the order and they immediately took it back and came back a few mins later with the correct order. The pancakes were delicious and so were the breakfast potatoes. I would come back and recommend."

"I was extremely hungry after a long morning of presenting in volunteering. Since I was in a mood for breakfast around lunchtime, I came up on the Delectible Egg as an option. I walked almost 20 minutes to get there because of the rating. The restaurant is located in a very nice area on Market Street. The restaurant looks extremely nice and spacious on the inside upon entry. Since there was not an individual to greet me upon entering the restaurant, I originally waited for someone because the bartender was speaking with a patron. After waiting a while, I took it upon myself to grab a menu and walk up to him to ask whether I would be seated by them or do I just walk to any seat. I decided to eat at the bar. He immediately gave me a glass of water and took my order. My meal came out looking very appealing. The eggs and cheese tasted very good. While the blueberry pancake was fine, the blueberry sauce with blueberries was okay for me. After speaking to the bartender, he told me the blueberries in the pancake were fresh. The blueberries in the sauce are not so fresh and prepared differently."

"Really nice meal! Menu variety is really good with just about every breakfast staple you can think of, bennys, eggs and bacon, pancakes, burritos, etc. Food definitely tastes freshly prepared, wasn't over oily or salty, flavors were clean and distinctive. Service was great, our server Arnold was awesome and in the moment and not on auto pilot. They had plenty of staff, food came quickly. Atmosphere was really comfortable, not loud nor cramped. We'll be back!"

"Ah so Delectable! I was jealous of the French toast as I ate my delicious Popeye omelette. Crepes are always a delight…for my daughter. And the skillet for my wife, “Perfectly cooked.” This she said with a smile. A full rounded hearty breakfast!"
