"Dr Drennen is a wonderful physician in every important way; professional, knowledgeable, warm, caring, supportive and thorough. She is my new Gynecologist since relocating to CO and I am grateful to have obtained her as my new medical care provider. Likewise, nursing staff was also wonderful. However, front desk staff could improve on professionalism. A slight lack of important verbal skills and respectful Interaction is essential to a great medical practice. The lack of this today was not a deal-breaker for me but should I experience the same at next visit i will immediately address with staffing manager to seek improved professionalism."
