Premier Integrated OBGYN - Central Park

"I had an appointment Friday since I’ve been dealing with a yeast infection for the last 2 weeks. After waiting an hour for the doctor she finally did an exam. She prescribed me some oral pills as well as a cream to help me to be more comfortable. I then go to my pharmacy the same day and my prescription was never called in. I call back Saturday to the on call nurse and was told they never had my file and they had nothing under my name. The on call nurse then proceeded to tell me to take Advil and Tylenol. I told her I needed whatever pill and cream my doctor prescribed me but she could only call in one or the other. I asked for the cream since I have been so uncomfortable for the past 2 weeks. She tells me she ordered my cream and when I went back to my pharmacy it wasn’t there. I left a call back number Monday about my situation and I haven’t gotten a call back. Very upset with this office and how everything went down."

"I came in for my appointment not expecting great news, and with my past trauma regarding OB/Gyn experiences I was very fearful. My fears were instantly put to rest with Dr. Patel, she was so amazing and kind from the introduction and when the news was what I expected, she was amazing- very sympathetic and comforting. I recently had some scary medical concerns unrelated to women’s health that came up resulting in having to do an MRI, and she called just to check in and to see how I was doing. Very intentional, thoughtful, and supportive of her! Made me feel cared for and seen."

"Dr. Sarah Payne is AMAZING with her patients. She was my OB for both of my pregnancies & was absolutely wonderful. She also performed two of my surgeries and was very thorough with before and after care instructions. I was so blessed to have her for an OB. I won’t get to see her as much now (which is a bummer— because she truthfully made every visit feel like we had never stopped chatting before), but I’m grateful for the wonderful doctor I had alongside for all of my needs. She has a heart of gold & any patient would be lucky to have her as their OB."

"Though everyone I have worked with at Premier have been wonderful, Dr. Sarah Payne is a shining star. My first pregnancy ended, unfortunately with a miscarriage....every pregnant person's worst nightmare. I was treated by Dr. Payne and her team...with such compassion and care. The hospital staff for my surgery at Rose, were incredible....I was even referred within the practice to their in house therapist who helped so much with grief resources and support. I was treated like a whole person and my baby's short life was honored. I was so grateful to get pregnant again a few months later to work with Dr. Payne's team again. I felt like they were celebrating every step of my journey with me. I am currently 12 weeks along with another baby girl, and though I have to move across country to help with a family issue...I would do anything to be cared for by the Premier team if we relocate back to Denver in the future. Please don't hesitate to work with Dr. Payne if you have history of loss, if you are on any antidepressants, or just in general want compassion and kindness at the forefront. Premier's admin staff are also incredible (especially Crystal), the MA's are fantastic (thank you especially to Nicki) and even the phone gals are professional and sweet. You have all raised the bar for what medical care can and SHOULD look like!! Thank you so much Dr. Payne!!!!"
