"Joe Cumbie was the most inattentive and incompetent insurance agent that we have ever dealt with. Our business was shifted to him after our long time agent retired. He is forgetful, doesn't listen to the client, doesn't remember conversations, and doesn't follow up on requests. We switched to a different company in light of his poor customer service. I had been with Farmer's for over 30 years. Even after we changed our auto and homeowner's policies, we found out that he never cancelled our homeowner's policy. We had to go directly to the company to get reimbursed for the 7 months of premiums that were due to us. His office continued to send e mails and postal mail requests for reviews of our business and policies, even after we had cancelled our policies and requested that he cease all solicitation for business to us. I had to call his office staff to personally make that request. We would never recommend his office for any insurance needs."

"I have had nothing but positive experiences with Joe Cumbie. He is very responsive to my questions and my requests. I also feel he will go to bat for me when I have a problem with Farmers. Last year he was able to get me a refund on a large home owner’s policy I had forgotten to cancel even though it undoubtedly cost him money. Farmers had initially told me on the phone it was too late to receive a refund but Joe was able to secure the entire amount for me. In this day of impersonal service with most things being done online, it is refreshing to know there is someone who will listen to your problem and help you."
