"Very poor speed of service and an under qualified over burdened manager Austin, was rude and dismissive when I provided him kind feedback. After waiting 30 minutes in drive thru line, Austin decided to close 5 minutes early and refused service although I was the final person waiting in line, he apologized for closing early and laughed as he wished me a merry Christmas. Thanks man merry Christmas to you too, the Starbucks staff down the road were fantastic to me, more cars in line but better faster service and even provided me your regional managers contact info. They are operating at a standard at other Starbucks locations that is clearly missing from your location and staff."

"I went through the drive through today around lunch time and the staff were fantastic! Super positive and friendly via the intercom, answered all of my questions regarding substitutions when my preferred option wasn't available, and quickly helped me afterward when I had a question about one of the drinks I ordered. All 3 staff members I interacted with were considerate and understanding. Thank you to that Starbucks staff for making the end of a somewhat stressful shopping trip more enjoyable! :)"
"We always stop at this Starbucks when traveling from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Today I had a blueberry scone with my coffee. The staff was outstanding. Real hustle going on to get the orders out correctly and quickly. Have always had good experiences at this location."
