"Closed in the middle of the day. Tiny closed sign on th counter end where you pick up coffee, not where you order. I stand there while two employees don't even look at me or acknowledge me. I walk over closer to them and notice sign. "So you're closed" Short guy shoots me a dagger and says "yeah, we're working on something" Unbelievable. This is how you behave as Starbucks representatives? Look at these reviews. That's just how you roll here at this location?"
"Never have we been treated so rude at a Starbucks ordered 7 vanilla bean Frappuccino with extra whip cream extra caramel the first Thing he said was “wow you couldn’t go to another Starbucks!” Very rude! then he did not put the caramel on the drinks,like we first ordered So we mentioned that he did not put the caramel on the drinks he stated “Well I did not charge u and if we wanted it on there Im going to have to charge u” so of course we said “that’s fine” there was another customer behind us so he helped the customer that was behind us before he put the caramel on the drinks making us wait.. very rude,very disrespectful,if he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be working here!"
