"I went in last night to get there soft pretzels but this is the second time i have been given a tiny amount of sauce from the same exact lady. I love the food but the service is slow and they don’t give enough sauce or product for what you pay for and last time i ordered an orange julius it tasted nothing like an orange Julius. Clearly the staff don’t get trained well enough there needs to be a manager to supervise."
"Best ice cream in our area. Love the Cherry Dilly Bars and husband the Toffee Dilly Bars. So big hit. Just wish they had burgers and chili dogs. That would be a one stop shop. Life easier lol"
"Will not return! Have been in multiple times and been given the wrong item despite giving exact direction on what I wanted in my Blizzard. Tonight I was told because it wasn't a standard menu item they wouldn't make it for me at all. I now know why the one in Lafayette is super busy - go there instead!"
"I haven’t been in a DQ in years. Stopped by here on my way home because I was craving something sweet. Store was clean and the employees were very friendly. I got my blizzard incredibly quick. My only gripe would be that it wasn’t mixed well and the majority of the toppings were still on top. Other than that, no complaints :)"
"Haven’t been in this Dairy Queen in a couple years and now I remember why I quit coming originally. Go in tonight with a buy one get one Blizzard and the cashier Erik says “well I don’t know how to do this coupon, so you can’t use it”. The girl began making a lg blizzard(Before I paid). When Erik said I can’t use the coupon I changed it to medium. That’s when all hell broke lose with the “ARE YOU FRICKEN KIDDING ME?” And the attitudes began. Now, I didn’t harm anything or anyone just changed my mind and If the kids are that on edge with their jobs, maybe a manager should be there to supervise them!!!"
