"I go to this location often, and it’s always been good. But today I ordered a smashberry energy infusion and was not given that. The cashier at the drive thru window also asked the barista if it was in fact the correct order, to which the barista gave attitude and told her of course it was and looked different. When the cashier handed it the drink to me, I also questioned it. The barista in the back gave all kinds of attitude and said “I’ll remake it if she really wants but that’s what it is.” Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I tried it. It definitely isn’t right, and every other time my smashberry has been purple, and without lime flavoring…"
"We love Ziggi’s! Especially since they give out chocolate covered espresso beans with our drinks and the baristas are always so nice. We regularly get the breakfast burritos as well as a white chocolate mocha and a campfire cocoa with a shot of espresso added. The raspberry mocha and cherry blossom energy infusion are also favorites. Yum!"
"Your employees, whoever was working tonight, blatantly ignored us at 5:20p. Clearly they closed the kitchen early and didn't want to dirty anything so they all hid away in the back until we left after standing in the cold for ten minutes."
"Went through drive-thru this morning. It’s early. Too early. And the baristas that were working at 6:00 am, were so incredibly nice. And made mine and my sons morning better! Order was ready and they truly made our morning start off great!"
