"2 years after completing a structural project that involved a bunch of helical piers, the foundation of our home continued to shift. After calling another contractor we were told Rob and his crew did not attach half of the piers to the foundation, which were only drilled into the ground! "After weeks of heavy rains in Denver, I was in need of a sump pump system. Travis, the owner, came out, surveyed the issue and recommended 3 different ways to combat the issue. He did not try to upsell me in any way and was very clear and straightforward...I appreciated that approach, especially since I had several other bidders who tried to include extravagant extras. Travis kept in touch with me while I awaited HOA approval and once approved, he scheduled a time convenient for me and his crew came out to do the job. They arrived on-time (which is unheard of for some contractors/subcontractors), and they were extremely respectful, neat, and productive...they immediately put down plastic to cover all walkways, and they kept me aware of everything that was going on step-by-step. Halfway through the job, a Structural Solutions inspector came out just to ask me if I was happy with the job so far and if there was anything else that I may need "WOW" what a surprise!!! The job was completed (in 1 day) and I was, and am, very very satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this or any other service they provide."
