Allen was very knowledgeable about all the products on display and while I didn't buy any shoes that day I walked out with insoles for my work and exercise shoes. "We stopped by this location on our way to dinner on Thursday around 7:15. There was a female employee who was extremely friendly and helped my husband with his purchases. Not once did she make us feel rushed or that we were a nuisance. We had our 3 year old son with us as well who was in a mood and she was extremely kind and understanding. As we were exiting from getting our food, we noticed that the store closed at 7. I felt horrible that we had kept her longer than her shift. But I wanted to give a shout out to her and say thank you so much for your kindness, patience and help."

"Well after my terrible experience with the store in Thornton, I found out there was a store right by my house. Decided to give RedWing another chance and boy amI glad I did. I was treated better and actually listened to. Came in, same experience. Was on me right away by Rico. He asked me if I've been seen before, then proceeded to explain to me how it's gonna work. He made sure he had the boot in stock then proceeded to scan my feet for size but also for pressure point to recommend soles to help with posture and feet /knees/back aches. Now I've been buying work boots for over 10 years now and this one was special. And it took less time from walk in to buy than at the Thornton store which ended up with me walking out empty handed because they didn't have the stock. Thanks again, Rico for making me feel valued. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to coworkers."
