I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular store, not only are they friendly and very helpful, both with customer service and direction on various items and the locations throughout the store, they are knowledgeable! "I have a gift card with $25 on it. Both the checker and the Manager couldn't get the system to take my card. They told me to call the 1800 number. I went home and called, and there's $25 on it. They don't seem to know how to trouble shoot their own systems. I'm not going back to spend the $25. I'll just order something online."

"Oh my goodness, they need to hire smarter people. I picked up a bottle of white acrylic ink The shelf tag said it was on CLEARANCE for $3. It rang up for $6.99 (regular price) and at about the same time I noticed that it had a hole in the squeeze bulb. I said that it was marked $3 and asked if they had one without a hole. I went back where someone was checking. They pulled the CLEARANCE TAG off the shelf, saying it was mis-placed and that the sale it had been on was over. There weren’t any other white ones. The cashier forgot to remove the ink from my bill as instructed. That meant somebody had to retrieve the bottle, which they had put back on the shelf at full price with a hole in it. I asked if they were seriously going to put damaged goods back again and the cashier told me “Well that’s why it was on clearance.” …the clearly marked clearance price that they wouldn’t give me… Aaaaargh!!!"
"This store chain usually has what I need, it didn’t this time but that’s okay. Lacking a star because yarn area wasn’t fully stocked. Still a really nice place to shop though! The staff was friendly and i was greeted immediately and asked if i needed help finding anything. That is especially nice because I’ve never been to this specific store before. I would recommend shopping here, and signing up for a membership, i had a coupon and earn points when i purchase."
