"I walked in looking for a specific basketball and pair of shoes for my husband. Spencer in the shoe department was so nice and kind to help me! We couldn't find the specific basketball I wanted at first and he took the time to grab a ladder and look on the top shelf for me! We eventually found it :) Spencer also helped me order a pair of shoes in store for my husband! Thank you for the superb customer service and helping me with the items I was looking for!"
