"The Colorado Agency incorrectly wrote my policy and over insured me. When the renewal came with a $500 increase I was advised that the company that wrote my policy was the only carrier that would insure my home. After shopping for more carriers, I discovered that the policy was written incorrectly and verified it with the carrier, it was insured for more than double of the replacement value. When I requested the agency to research this for me, I was asked if my house was on fire and that if I found a cheaper insurance company than I could go with them."
"I was with this company for about a year and a half. In that time they not only would screw up and not notify me of any changes in billing, but wouldn’t answer my calls or return calls from messages. Mary has no idea what is happening on a day to day basis. John you never hear from. My rates would go up and they would just say “oh well it’s the economy “. I did just like the other two and went strait to the insurance companies and found better prices and customer service. Beware of these crooks. I was referred by someone who had been using them for longer than they should have. When I told him what crooks they are he started looking and found better. Stay away!!!"
"I would give 0 if possible. After feeling that I was paying too much for my auto insurance, I reached out to Progressive directly for a quote. John had me paying twice as much as I could have been for who knows how many years. I feel deceived, lied to, and stolen from. Would stay away..went from paying in full at $800 for a 6 month policy to $430, with the exact coverage. Either they were not doing their job or were lazy."
