"The moving out process was horrendous. They refused to give me the correct paperwork to fill out, and noe they are charging me four time rent on my 13th mouth. The only reason they think they can change me the 13th mouths rent is because I didn't get the right paperwork to them before my 60 day notice, even though the only reason I couldn't give the the notice is because valley rentals didn't give me the right paperwork in the first place. They are ridiculous with everything! I just wanted a place to sleep at, because of the hours I work in the oilfield; it's not worth the headache."

"I just moved in a week ago trash and debris was left in the garage that came along with my apartment I asked that it be cleaned out maintenance stole my FR clothing and they claim they discarded it and told me I’m SOL I don’t believe it was thrown away over $1200 at first I was on the fence about the complaints but now I believe every one of them and they have a problem answering the phone they’ll keep sending you to voicemail and huff and puff like your bothering them when it’s there job to help you the carpet wasn’t shampooed or replaced I didn’t get a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the kitchen floor was crack which is most likely going to come out of my deposit my advise find somewhere that’s much nicer and people care where they live spend the extra $100 to $200"

"No customer service at all while there and move out they grab you for money you already paid. Our pet deposit magically disappeared when it came time to move out and they wanted us to pay it again. If you decide to live here keep every record or everything you can."
