"I usually don't leave reviews unless something, or someone, stands out or goes above and beyond. I've stayed at a few Candlewood Inn and Suites around the country, and all of them were pretty nice. Customer service was as average as you would expect. Tonight I came in and was helped by Cashmere. She was very helpful! Very polite! As long as CS reps like Cashmere work here, any time I come through Williston, I will be staying at this hotel. She is a valuable asset to Candlewood and the reason for this 5th star."

"Horrible place to stay! The room didn’t get below 70 degrees. We pay to stay in hotels and we should be the ones who control the room temperature. The thermostat is fixed. It says not to turn the temperature below 67 but I turned it down as low as If would go which is 65. However the room didn’t get below 70."
