Literally such a great price and Wendy did all of us who I believe was the store manager and just in general all the girls were really sweet and helpful. I would def recommend this store and props to the amazing employees!!"

"I love Lovisa! My favorite jewelry store for years! The jewelry is super beautiful and not very expensive. I haven't broken anything yet and only a few rings have rubbed off, which I was able to change with clear nail polish. The range changes often and many are unique items. The staff here in Denver was super nice and helpful."

"They are placing the products we want in bags and say to come back tomorrow?!?! Their registers are down and we can't just come back tomorrow, outrageous."

"I wouldn't shop here and spend your money, they are the worst. My girlfriend and I were shopping at the mall, we have gone in and passed the store a few times since they've opened. Their registers don't work sometimes, so we couldn't buy anything, and never informed us until we reached the register. The manager (she said her name was Itzi I think) was very rude and gets annoyed very easily even when asking for help about a product, one time she snapped at a customer for asking if they had a different color, not to mention verbally abusive to her employees for messing up on something that they had no control over. We bought a few pieces, some earrings, a bracelet and a ring, all broke the next day except the ring. The employee said she couldn't allow us to return it because she was never taught how and that her manager wasn't even there. During the opening day, the manager wasn't even present and none of the employee's didn't know what to do or how to operate the register. Please don't give them any business, everyone is really nice but management is absolutely atrocious. I don't think we'll be going there anytime soon, there are much better places to spend your money."
