"The Pakistani owner Mr.Ali is a very fair and knowledgeable jeweler. Myself and girlfriend have already purchased in excess of $10,000 worth of white gold , diamond studded jewelry. The Asian female also gives a Very Nice discount on white gold mens rings and white gold , diamond studded womans necklaces. I still look forward 2 picking up more jewelry pieces 2 add 2 the rest of my Bling collection."

"If we could give this a zero star we would. The customer service is absolutely horrendous the gentleman does not greet you when you walk in . he is too busy on his phone and looks down the entire time you're in front of him. He claims he sent his service to Greeley that I find that to be a big lie.. do not trust this company you will be burned... Keeper the ring for over three weeks and when it was returned the work was never done not one single thing.. probably good for us,, I'm sure he would have taken advantage in the work to be done.. LOSER BUSINESS. I will now file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.. It's a very easy to file on Better Business Bureau website. People don't stop here with your complaints take it to the Better Business Bureau.."

"Let me start off by saying my husband and I have shopped here for at least 10 years. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. They sit with you and really listen to what you want. I started with a small ring and every time I wanted to upsize it they allow you to giving you the full amount towards your upgrade.... not like any other store where you have to upgrade to a ring that is double the price. Every time you go in they check your ring to make sure the diamonds are still tight and they clean them. They are always willing to do anything you need. I recommend them highly. I live in Montana now and I just called him and he ordered exactly what I wanted even from over here. I actually feel bad for people that don’t know about this store because they are great people."

"Fiance bought me a brand new ring and in less then 24hrs a diamond from the setting falls out. We go the next day to get ring sized and diamond fixed. They said it will be done in 1 and a half hours. We pick up the ring and diamond is fixed but the ring A. does NOT fit and B. its completely misshapen and looks awful. I say that ring is too tight and does not feel like the size 5 I tried on the sizer. Man there gets very rude and insists that it is the correct size and shoves on and off my finger 3 times to prove his point. It hurts and my finger is bright red. Clearly not the right size. I keep insisting that it isn't the size and even the ring looks terrible. He gets rude and "sizes" the ring on the sizer and says "yeah it's a size 5" yet he didn't show me and basically tells me I don't know what I am talking about. Um yes I do, I know when a ring is too tight and bent out of shape. He doesn't do refunds and I couldn't exchange for an exact copy since he didn't have anymore. After more back and forth he says his Jeweler already left and will be back on Wednesday to fix it and I'll have to wait to get it fixed. Excuse me? I just waited an hour and half for it to ALREADY be fixed! You just made it worse! I left the store in tears with my ring and took it to Kay where they found 5 stones loose in the band alone and come to find that the ring and the band were 2 different sizes! the band was a 4 and the ring was a 4.5 and so misshapen they were appalled at the work, definitely not the size I was sized for. Now it is being sent out to be resized, reshaped, and to tighten the stones which all COST MONEY. None of this should have happened where I'd have to take it somewhere else! I was proposed to the night before and the day after this all happened and was a nightmare. Customer service should NEVER be this disgusting, especially on something so precious to someone. DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE STAY AWAY! When it comes to something so special you want someone who cares and stands by their work. All I got here was a sketchy and rude experience where I left the store crying with my messed up ring that my fiance worked so hard for. RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!"

"If you're looking for a used car experience, choose signature diamonds. My experience was horrible, they sold us a diamond that it supposedly was rated a VS2, but it was actually an I3. There was a massive black inclusion, we just didn't see it until two days later, after the ring had become slightly dirty. When we tried you return it they refused to give us our money back, instead they ordered new stones, with better clarity and certifications, and charged us an additional $2,000 for the same quality of stone we blight in the first place. Signature diamonds is not honest or reputable. This is an important decision, don't put it in the hands of a business you cannot trust and will not fix their mistakes."
