I've had my computer in for repair several times with Kenny and his computer technician, Joseph: Last time, yesterday, my computer was dead like a door nail. Kenny gave me a quote before the job started, and even though it took 4-1/2 hours above what was expected, the original quote did not change. (If I hadn't been in a financial bind right now, I would have added to the amount.) This is what I call honest business.
