"Alright, so first I called before dropping my phone off to get my front and back glass replaced and I was told they had all the parts and to come down. I get there and the don’t have my front glass in stock so the said they would overnight it and do my back glass that day. Fast forward 3 DAYS my phone is finally done and I go to pick it up. First off I see that my top microphone is not working and the employee explains to me the part controlling the Face ID and microphone is very easy to break and it must have gotten bumped in repair. He tells me they will order the part and fix it for free but I never got a call back lol. There is also a blue dot in the top corner of my screen and the screen has been going dark…. You think after patiently waiting for 3 days my phone would at least come back to my FIXED like I paid for. Anyway…I will be going in tomorrow to HOPEFULLY get this resolved and I will post an update."

"So far a good job, looks good, works well. They have a bad supplier. Dropped the work phone off Friday, Saturday hit hoping it would be. They said that they had a defective screen come in and won't be fixed till Tuesday.. I needed that phone for work and they didn't even offer compensation. An update... I couldn't barely hear people when I was talking to them on the phone and they couldn't hear me because of the microphone that got damaged. The finger print wouldn't work either. They did fix it for free and now my phone works better. Unfortunately they took of my screen protector and never returned it."
