Fitted my water softener properly and remounted the pre-treatment properly with clearance from the wall, moved my water heater back to create space and redid the exhaust venting from the boiler. "When they came out to give me an estimate, the technician turned off the furnace and didn't turn it back on. I didn't realize until the next morning when it was very cold in the house. Aside from the machine breaking in the middle of the service, the technician was not able to provide all the services we paid for and the supervisor refused a further discount to reflect what was actually done. In addition to the construction debris left on the front porch, a lot of dust was brought into the house from the tarps which should have been cleaned prior to coming here. According to other duct cleaning companies, vacuuming should be done after the vents are agitated. My service was reversed, so the following day, my house is far more dusty than it was prior to getting the vents cleaned. This isn't our first vent cleaning, but it is far from the best one we've had. For reference, 4 years ago, we paid $770 from another company and Mighty qouted us $2000 this time. I negotiated down to $1280, which would have felt ok if they completed the whole service and the quality reflects the price. Danny is an awesome tech! Give him the equipment and training he needs to do the job correctly."
