Most of the companies were abrupt or quoted me something ridiculous without really hearing what I had to say. When I spoke Rich (the owner) over the phone, he was honest and polite and came over promptly to look things over. Right away, I felt like this was the company to do business with. They were able to come in right away and get started on the cleanup. Everyone I dealt with over the next few days was courteous and efficient.
