"This is an unethical business. I have espresso machine that cost $300 new. I received this communication from Hazem: "Hey there Roy, we can definitely go though that for you, it’s often that components develop build up from the minerals in water or the grease in beans that can cause them to gradually lose their ability to brew. Luckily we’ve been doing this since 1981 and guarantee our work." After collecting the $95 they required, They waited 6 weeks to tell me that the repairs would total $165 more than the $95 I had already paid them, that is $260 for a $300 machine. I emailed a request to inquire what was done, and received no answer. Verbal requests were the same. In other words, I had two choices: lose my $95 and buy a new $300 machine or pay their predatory bill. They gave me a Yelp $20 discount. NOTE: On the reviews, the positive review receive hardly any "likes." The negative reviews nearly always have multiple "likes." Stay away from this dishonest company."
