"I found Mr. Appliance as Bosch recommended them as a local Appliance repair company. I was impressed when I was able to make an appointment within a day of calling and during Thanksgiving week! The tech came, was professional and thorough when diagnosing the problem. And today someone came to install the new part and was again equally helpful and thorough. And even discussed a question I had about another appliance. 100% recommend this local company!!"
"Beware - this vendors has bad reviews removed as this is the 2nd time in posting to warn others. We paid them the $130 fee to come out and diagnose and fix our dishwasher. After three weeks of waiting for the part and the appointment we finally received the part. This was a total of 5 weeks without a dishwasher. We waited and waited and finally just slid the part in ourself (1 min easy fix, my husband is an engineer himself). This didn’t fix the problem. The tech said they made a mistake and misdiagnosed the problem. Renee then yelled at me, HUNG UP on me and called Bosch to report us for putting in the part (which they misdiagnosed). Not sure what her play was there as it just ruined the whole thing. We ended up buying a new dishwasher and she refused to refund our $130 for their mistake. Total waste of time and almost two months without a dishwasher. Absolutely awful experience with Mr Appliance."
