"Janet, the pharmacy manager, deserves a raise. I had a horrible experience last night with the pharmacy staff/pharmacist. They refused to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy because they thought the doctor cancelled the order. He had cancelled a smaller order, but not the main order. I asked them to call the other pharmacy and they refused. I was upset by the experience as I was in need of that medication. Thankfully, Janet reached out today and explained the situation on how the pharmacy team had missed my larger prescription last night. She offered to transfer the prescription this morning and fill it in 30 minutes. She was a god send. Thank you Janet!"
"Of the seven (7!) KS locations I can choose from near me, this one consistently has everything in stock for my pickup order. This includes unusual items like specialty cheese, soy milk or vegetarian sausage. The bananas are not bruised either. The staff are friendly and professional when I pick up groceries."

"One of the better King Soopers by far I'm used to the one in Arvada and I hate it there it was a treat to go to this one on youngfield. I really have no complaints but the closest thing I could come up with one is that it is so huge it is a Big King Soopers, but it has a lot of stuff. Also this will taking care of and very clean compared to the Arvada King Soopers. Thank you for being there and maintaining the store so well."
