"My 2021 GE glasstop range developed a crack across the largest burner. I had purchased an extended warranty with Assurant. Assurant was unable to locate a local provider in their network and gave approval for me to find a licensed service provider of my choice. I left a return call message with Affordable Appliance LLC in Delta, CO on Friday 2/9/24 at 2:42 pm (expecting not to get a return call until Monday). At 3:05 pm my call was returned from a very pleasant lady who was familiar with the Assurant company extended warranty, answered my questions, and got me on schedule for a service call. The service repairman called in advance of his on-time arrival, was also very pleasant while confirming the cracked surface, answering questions, and getting the info to his office to order the range glasstop replacement. Feb. 28 - I have been advised the glasstop has arrived, repair has been approved by Assurant, and scheduled install for March 1. Affordable Appliance LLC, Delta,CO gets a thumbs up and a big THANK YOU for going above and beyond in pleasantly serving their customers !!"
"Ann Marie was absolutely great to work with. She is knowledgeable and on top of it. She made multiple calls to the manufacturer to help us with warranty work, she was prompt in getting back to us on any questions we had as well. She was also able to schedule a technician to come out earlier than anticipated. Our technician was great as well. All around excellent experience!"
