"Absolutely horrible customer service! I purchased a washer and dryer brand new less than 4 years ago from them. It needed service so I called them, they failed to put me on the schedule even though they said I was on there. I had to wait another 3 weeks beyond that to have someone come and service my dryer. They said no wear and tear everything looked great. Charged me 110.00 to vacuum out the dryer. Exactly one week later my belt snaps and I no longer have a dryer again. I called and left a voicemail and they never called me back. I called and asked them for the driver belt info and they said they could sell me a belt but can not give me the specific info on it. I purchased my items from them and now they won't give me the proper info to repair it by myself!!!! Absolutely disgusted with them, all the way around."
