"worst company ever. have been our go to for 25 years until they charged us close to $800 for fixing a line that they never fixed OR tested to prove it was fixed. now we're in collections. every year things got worse and worse, but we always paid. in fact we paid chuck's close to $20,000 or more for multiple repairs over the 25 years of their service. we basically fired chuck's and found far more competent and honest folks. shady company. stay far away."

"I can’t tell you the last time I was this pleased with a service. The guys that came out to install a drip system and fix heads were professional and courteous. But where they went above and beyond was when they actually taught me about my existing system. Now I know how to prepare my pump for winter while I’m waiting for the blow out, how to expand my drip system myself, and how to perform maintenance on my pump to reduce the heads clogging. They were supposed to replace some heads that I thought were too short, but instead, they said they were just clogged. I wouldn’t have known the difference and they could’ve made more money off me. I hope they stay in business forever because they would be hard to replace."

"I called Chuck's Sprinkler Service to have the perform a Backflow Test required by the City. The set me up for Test on the next Wednesday at 11:30 after I called. Nobody showed up. The next week two of Chuck's workers came and what issues I have With my sprinkler system. I told them I don't have any. That I requested a Backflow test. They said they don't do testing. That they work on irrigation system. That another team did the testing. They the said they'd go back a dicuss with the person who set up the appointment. That she'd get with me. Never heard from anyone. After a couple of weeks I called another company to perform the test. They came in a few days. Got with me and did the test. I payed them. A couple of weeks later. I got a call from  Chuck's.  Saying the invoiced me for a Backflow Test by email."

"Poor workers cannot fix much then you will have to hire another firm to fix their work. Avoid. This Chucks are bums from the front office to their workers. Back flow has leaked for a month did not care or fix. $300 gone and I have to pay someone else to fix there shoddy work. AVOID!"
