"They were scheduled to come to my house. A half an hour after my scheduled appointment I called to see if they were still coming. It went straight to voicemail I received a call back about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was then told they would TRY to make it today. I told them I had already been waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time & a phone call would have been nice & that I just needed to know when to expect them so I could get to the rest of my day. I was screamed at told they weren’t coming then hung up on. That’s one way to run a business I would definitely steer clear of them!"
