Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I took my 2002 Toyota Camry to this location several times with great results. When I had my oil changed today 3/24/24 my car started smoking several miles afterwards. I was scared and called the store; the manager Jeremy took my call and troubleshot over the phone. He called another location closer to me and the manager there, Gunner, drove in his personal car to help me out. Turns out, I had blown a radiator hose. Gunner took the time to find the problem and explain the fix, even tho it had nothing to do with the oil change. Very cool."

"If only I could give more than 5 stars!! My car was leaking oil on startup and Valvoline was one of the few places open on a Sunday. The manager JD helped me through some troubleshooting and even offered to come out after hours if none of the fixes worked. They were accommodating to my vehicle being towed to their site, fixed the issue quickly, walked me through the fixes, and gave me some helpful tips for paths forward. Replaced my filter and topped off my oil/fluids at no charge. Really can’t say enough about how great JD, Jeremy, and Kyle are - worked great together and very quickly. Highly recommend for any oil-related issues!!!"
