"Last two times we've been in there they have messed up the bill. First time they charged us twice for one item and we thankfully caught it immediately and just opted to get a second of that item. This last time they actually charged our card twice. We didn't realize until a couple days later when we looked at our banking. Called them and the guy on the phone said "That happens regularly. Just bring in your bank statement on either Wednesday or Thursday between 9am and noon to fix it because that's the only time the owners are here". I said I work during those times and he said "just drop off your bank statement and they will try to get back with you". Um, no. I am not dropping off my bank statement at a liquor store. Ridiculous. Never going back."
