"I lived there for 9 years. Maintenance always sucked. Never can keep them or they have not have a clue about the job they are doing. You will go with out hot water from 2 days up to 14 days no hot shower. To get a hot shower you have the manager signs out a key then you bring it back she calls you name miss judge your person. She never once apologized. She will tell corporations you don't communicate but you do. She refuses money from people she no longer wants there. So all the tenants that lived there like myself for 7 or more years she single us out. Then to live with black mold for years. They never changed the carpet or had it cleaned after the 5 years. Water comes up through the floor & that was from the air conditioning. That never got fixed. I had to buy plastic to put down on my floor. I went 2 years with no kitchen light. I can go on & on but the leasing manager call people names & she don't want people like me around. Lol all my neighbors loved me. I watched kids animals. She has no clue. Never rent from them. They have bed bugs & among other bugs. They don't spray all the buildings for. The laundry rooms never work neither the swimming pools."

"Good luck ever having hot water or a safe side walk to walk on when the weather turns the ground into an ice rink. If didn't have to be here I wouldn't be the walls a paperthin. my walls drip yellow in the bathroom when I can have some hot water they never tell us anything that's going on with maintenance and twice now I have had random people with a key to open my door for painting when the apartment isn't vacant while I am home alone or with my kid alone....."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Awful can’t even begin to explain our experience with this apartment complex and Maxx properties. Maintenance request ignored for months, mold in units, standing water in sinks for months. If you ever try to brake your lease, due to the living conditions, be prepared to follow your “lease agreement” step by step and pay all fine asked of you and more and a still be sent to collection for a fake amount which they claim was a scam. If you try to switch units they will lose/ never return your security deposit from your previous unit while ask for a new deposit and transfer fees for a new unit you were forced into transferring to due to the buildings boiler flooding in your apartment. STAY AWAY!!!!"

"Love their open door policy, Mimi and Christian did an excellent job of moving me in. I felt like part of a family, the welcoming was very warm. The apartment was clean everything work, complex itself is clean and quiet. The neighbors are respectful. Over all I enjoy it."
