Heights on Huron

"I lived there for little over 2 years. I was on the 3rd floor. I have no complaints. I felt safe living there. Neighbors were very quiet. The grounds were kept up. Trash was picked up daily. If I needed something fixed maintenance responded right away. Office ladies were very nice. Only thing I would say that I didn't like was the parking. Just the last year I lived there parking was terrible. There were a few times I could not find parking at all at night. That really hindered me from leaving my apartment in the evening. I would give heights on huron 5 stars but the parking was bad. If I had to rent an apartment again I would definitely go back to them"

"Quite possibly the worst management of any place I’ve ever lived. We have been left without power almost 24 hours after they had people out to “re-wire” and never made sure our power was back on before packing up and going home. They control your heating and A/c so they have already “switched over” for the season so we can’t use our a/c but it’s still over 80 during the day and our house is basically and incubator all day with our animals inside. We pay for a monthly parking pass to park our car and although the payment comes out monthly every month for some reason this month they towed us anyway and had to pay 470 dollars to get the car back because suddenly we just didn’t show up in the system. (We have proof we paid still though). They also did parking lot repairs and gave everyone a note the night before telling us we had to move our cars by 7am. They left the office number on the note to call with questions but left the notes after office hours so you actually couldn’t contact anyone about it, then first thing in the morning they had tow trucks out yanking everyone’s cars out of the parking lot. No notice until 5pm the day before. I could go on forever…. Don’t move here"

"My apartment's AC unit wasn't working correctly, and leaking water all over the floor. Ray, bless him, came out the same day of the repair request, and worked his magic to fix the problem. Now my AC is working just fine. Thanks Ray!!"

"The problems I have had and continue to have since I’ve moved here a few years ago are beyond anything . Let’s start with a few things . Bugs - never resolved Leaking in storage closet - never resolved Broken doors and more since move in - never resolved Home broken into Cars broken into Went without electricity with a newborn because they couldn’t fix the problem the first time and again it’s still not fixed that’s the leaking . Our gate was hit by another resident and they waited months to fix it so my service dog had to stay inside . I’ve called and tried to get all these resolved and talked to many people but this place does not care or want to help. We still have a leaking closet . They have said they would come fix things multiple times and never came to do it . We move out next month and I have been trying to get things resolved before we move out and come to Á agreement and no one has reached out to me . Communication here lack’s horrible and most of the time this home was not safe or livable and I can’t tell you the last time someone tried to make anything right . That’s not all of it that’s just some of the issues we had and still noones tried to make things right here ."

"I'm a prospective resident and I thought that they were very professional and friendly and they are the only leasing office that actually offered me something to drink and/or snack on which is huge when it is so hot outside. The property is also way cleaner than a lot of other apartment complexes I have looked at and the newly remodeled apartments look great!"
