I've ever dealt with the other day she went Above and beyond her call of duty, she helped me out for forty five minutes, straightening out the problem as I have. She is a Jewel don't ever let her go seriously. And if there was more than five stars I would probably give her eleven. Don't let her get away"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! This complex is poorly managed and really gross. Had to deal with a cockroach infestation when living there and they barely did anything to address it and it took them a month to do anything at all. Not a single one of our maintenance requests were ever fulfilled. The leasing office was completely unprofessional and unorganized never giving us the same information when we were rarely able to get in contact with them because they don't answer phone calls, emails, or stay in the office when they say they will be there."

"Reason for the one star is primarily the last year I lived at this apartment complex. It all started when they didn't have one of our bathrooms finished during move in, this took 1 month to finish. Later the apartment complex did not have an extra key for our place and needed us to provide them with our own keys to make copies, yet they lost the keys several different times. Next our sink became clogged due to the sink disposal breaking, this took almost 3 to 4 months to replace, and during that time contractors were hired by the company to repair the roof, yet they did not put a linear/drainage which soon flooded the entire apartment complex from rain storms. We were promised compensation for the issue and having to temporarily move out but it was much smaller then what was previously discussed. Once we moved back in to the complex the crew who was working on our apartment left debris and plaster all over the apartment. They did not finish their work either as the bathroom again was left unfinished. I will say the staff is extremely nice, and will attempt to make matters better when face to face, but that is as far as they go. I made numerous attempts to contact the managers to fix issues and notify them of matters but only received communication from them twice unless I physically went to the leasing office. After all of this there was no refund of the deposit either. They are attempting to fix their issues but I would not recommend this place to anyone. There were more issues while I was there but these were the main issues that affected our stay."
