"I wanted information about the apartments and prices, I called several times and nothing, I even went several times and there is never anyone in the office, nor do you find anyone during office hours. After so many attempts, I was finally able to find someone in the office and they they treat you very badly and arrogantly you haven't finished talking and they already tell you that there is no real apartment they are very arrogant and racist"

"We need more neighbors of whom are kind, respectful and conscientious of others, neighbors. The noise is tolerable though; as the beautiful apartment is going to assure that. However, the noise is not going to apply to all occupants here at Alto apartments; most of the occupants here are indeed nice, quiet neighbors. The apartments are a luxurious level though. My cat loves, and just appreciates the extra space. Just one problem that needs to be eradicated permanently...you can probably guess as to what the problem is. I personally however, do not allow this problem in which I speak, to deter my perception from this apartment building in being a gorgeous, beautiful apartment building. Murals of such beautiful art done by very artistic women, are featured everywhere; although I think they need to do some more murals here. This common problem in which I speak, just needs to be banned from apartment buildings like Alto...this is all. Otherwise, Alto apartments is a place where I wish to stay. As I implied to begin with, we need neighbors here in whom actually respect one another...this includes the problem in which I speak, a problem that does effect one's health in severe instances. I really do like living right next to train station though."

"Heard absolutely nothing back. I tried calling for days, only to reach their answering machine numerous times. Was wanting to get info about any apartments that are available for early part of next year and pricing since I'm going to be needing a place for myself and my dogs by then. And since they aren't open on weekends I can't make it in to talk to them in person. Just wanting someone to contact to ask questions or some kind of response for wanting to look at their apartments."

"I feel beyond blessed to live at Alto Apartments The office staff are kind and efficient. Roberto one of maintenance crew goes above and beyond his job. I feel like he really cares about the whole building he keeps it clean like you would your own home need I say more.... to the lobbies and the elevators to the grounds. Even the doggie waste bags are always full."

"Alto has the WORST management I have EVER met. The building itself is nice and the interior is beautiful but the people who run this place arent on the other hand! maintenance walks into your home ANYTIME they want with no notice most the time, total invasion of privacy. Takes forever to fix simple problems, left me heavily pregnant last summer with no ac for months stuck in a 98 degree unit most days. Took them literally 2 months to even attempt to fix it and fail the first time after swearing they fixed it. Cindy and Monica or whatever her name is have a lack of communication skills its ridiculous to be honest Cindy says one thing and next thing you know its a complete different story when talking to the other it has happend 3 times already. I kinda get the feel of some racism going on here as well sadly, as most the employees are Mexican here and cant help but feel I was treated differently when in a group setting in the community room events. Overall yes the set up and the apperance is good but the management seriously needs to be replaced with someone else who doesnt have a additude problem all the time and thinks they are better than mostly everyone who lives at Alto. I am so glad I moved out after a year of dealing with dumb neighbors taking my laundry out of dryers, washers ripping me off of money any time I need to wash. Having nosey instigating people surrounding me. save your time and money and look else were because the management here will most likely screw you over!"
