"I’m giving a 5 stars just because of the hard working people that run the apartment complex especially Travis and David. They were always very kind and made the move in and move out process smooth. We did have to break our lease early due to awful people that live there. People are always running into the garage doors, throwing parties, smoking weed, and the location is for walking dogs at night. Not at all the leasing offices fault, you can tell they try their best to resolve these issues but there’s only so much you can do. There’s good noise control in the apartment itself and they are very good quality and we had a good view. It’s only loud when people are loud in the hallways. We had problems with a neighbor letting their kids scream running up and down the hallways. Maintenance was also amazing they would resolve issues usually next or same day. The apartments itself and amenities are really nice if you don’t mind destructive and noisy people."

"Travis in the office, is hands down the best staff member here. He makes living here, feel like you are apart of his family. I was shocked to find out he wasn't apart of the management staff, but he takes care of any issue I have as such. Honorable mention goes out to Zach & Reese from maintenance. They are attentive and thorough. I love that I made the choice to move to this property, after terrible experiences in the area. 11/10 would recommend living here!"

"I'll first start with the positives. The staff on site is extremely friendly and helpful. They are always around and happy to answer any questions you may have. Inside the apartment is quite nice as well, definitely better quality than most apartments I have lived in. The units are insulated well from the outside so you won't need to be running AC/Heat all day long to keep it at a nice temp. The amenities are very nice, large pool, huge hot tub, very nice gym and multiple outdoor grills. The heated garage space is great with the shopping carts inside to help bring groceries up. Now for the negatives. The crime in the area and in the garages have been a HUGE problem. There are multiple extended stay hotels across the street where there are cops there at least once a week and SWAT one of the days. There have been TONS of break-ins of cars, car thefts, stolen property in the "secure garages" (I personally have had stolen property that was locked up). I understand this can happen anywhere, but this place has had it more frequently than when I was living downtown. The price for the units is not comparable to surrounding buildings that have far less crime. The property was sold to Centerspace which they started charging ~$70/mo extra for the shared space utilities. The garage doors are broken about 1/3 of the time. The elevators have been broken multiple times in the past year and a half, and some FOB entrances have been broken. I would HIGHLY recommend never keeping anything important in your car or keep anything in the garages that you don't want stolen (even a locked bike on the bike racks they provide). Use this review to decide on what you want to do, and what's important to you in a living space. I personally don't think the positives outweigh the negatives for the price they are charging for the units."

"I have lived here at Lyra for about 6 months now and have had a very positive experience. Most of one’s experience at an apartment complex comes from their interactions with management and maintenance. David and Travis in the office are always available and very friendly. Additionally, I feel very safe and secure here primarily because almost every access point even within the confines of the building requiring key fob entry. The amenities about 95% of the time are fully functioning and wonderful which is about as good as it gets from any apartment complex."
