"The management is fantastic! Technicians were sent the very next day to fix our problem. We received quick responses to our emails, and they responded very professionally and politely, ensuring that we'd be well taken care of. I only wish we had management even close to being as good and caring in the past - people just aren't like this anymore."

"Had to tell cust serv. Lady 5 times she was calling me a diff. Name she was insistent on phone what did I identify myself as. I'm a senior ,don't understand today's terminology ,as I asked her to explain she kept getting ruder sucking her teeth,smacking her lips saying" really " " what's not to understand she said 2 x"s". I asked again explain what did she mean by" what do I identify myself as " I told her my name is Mary what does/or other info did she need from me. She then said are you illiterate... I finally just hung up on her.... this was on 1/15/24...."

"Not sure why management is getting a bad rap. The breezeway on my floor had a re-do last week. The company hired to do it didn’t contact management and just began the work. End result is I came home and my feet and pups paws stuck to the floor. It made a bit of a mess in the entry way. Christine, Amy and Patrick were on it. I got a free floor clean and a nice gift from them as well. This place is well maintained, staff is courteous (even the pool guy). Previous reviews about vampires? Lol. I guess check out the place first to make sure it fits your lifestyle before moving in. Love it here."
