"this place is cool if you don’t mind spending The same of my money that you would on a new well-managed, well kept place as you would on one that is centrally located, but with ridiculously poor service. This management company, and the revolving door staff in the office, left me living for almost 3 months in a black mold cesspool. Don’t live here. The amenities will entice you, heck, they have a temperature controlled package delivery room, but if you point out a black mold issue, they just might kick you out in 72 hours because you didn’t point it out sooner. "This is a nice quiet place that is next to great amenities from the city and county of Broomfield. Grocery store within 5min walk. Inexpensive and the maintenance crew led by Val is great. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live the past couple of years. Only left due to a life change otherwise I’d recommend for anyone looking for a nice quiet and relatively inexpensive place to live."
