"These townhomes are an amazing deal! With the amount of space you get plus the high quality of the townhomes, you can't find anyplace else around that will beat their price. The managers have been exceptionally easy to work with and have taken care of any issue I've had very quickly. Not sure what some other reviewers are talking about with black mold. I have never seen any black mold whatsoever around my home. Pretty sure some of those people have never even lived here. The grounds are beautiful! Lush green grass, lots of flowers, bushes, and trees. It's a nice, quiet area. No big parties or loud people around. It's a very convenient location. Close to the Colorado Mills mall, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks. Would very highly recommend!"
