"The worst of the worst! run for the hills. DO NOT DO business with these guys, they are in this business to rip you off. - Very dirty place, caught Bed BUGS day 1, I threw away all my Bedroom furniture, they did not help me with a single a penny. I sent emails upon emails all the way to their VPs, did not receive a single response. - Pigeons everywhere, infestation everywhere, I even sent them a pictures. They did not do a thing about bit. - Rats everywhere, I had to take my truck twice to mechanic, just for them to tell me that the rats ate some wires. - Over priced. don't be fooled with their original price, they will hike up you rent by adding a bunch of fees. including a about 40$ down payment fee? never heard of it. In summary, if you move here, you will regret it as I DID. I promise. Note: I stand to back up my claims by emails and pictures. Thanks."

"I applied here and they denied me because of my income. I paid the deposit and application fee. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I STILL have not received my deposit. I’ve been calling to get my money back and they said they would call me back. Well, they never called me back. Don’t waste your time or money here. Not worth it."

"I wasn't going to say anything but whoever the girl was that worked in the front office this past Tuesday had such an awful attitude. Her tone was so aggressive that it really felt like she didn't want me to be there. She showed me an apartment but we didn't talk about anything relating to the property, she didn't say anything. She just opened the apartment and said "Take a look." Afterward, she just gave me a pamphlet of the property prices and I just left. I wasn't even there for ten minutes. The most frustrating part is that I gave my phone and email because she told me she would send the information on the apartment and the application. Again, this was Tuesday and never received anything. So any interest I did have at this point is gone. It just seemed like I wasn't wanted. They look like great apartments, though. The neighborhood is nice, but if I couldn't even get past the initial viewing, I don't know if any of it is worth it. EDIT: The response is, in fact, a lie. I gave them my work email which I use day in and out and would have noticed anything in my spam. No email was ever sent and no phone call was made. The fact the reply also did not make any mention of the employee is also upsetting and I have to change my rating. I don't trust this place and now I don't think any other looking residents should either."

"I lived here for a year and I do not recommend this place. It might seem cheap at first but when the bill comes in they add extra fees and you end up paying way more than you expected. I never once used the laundry because it was so disgusting, the machines didn’t work and they smelled moldy. The residents don’t pick up after their pets, there is poop all over the place. The trash/ recycling bin are always overfilled and smells terrible. Lots of car break ins. A lot of the time management weren’t on the same page, always making errors. I always had to make sure they weren’t over charging me or making me pay something that I shouldn’t be paying for. The dog park is very small and the pool is also very small and looks dirty. We also had loud neighbors and people arguing and fighting outside our building. Maintenance was okay, one of the pipes burst a couple times during the winter and part of the reason why it burst more than once was because the guy didn’t finish the job. He also cut out a huge hole on my wall and told me he was going to close it by the end of the day if not the next day. He never came, so I had a huge hole in my room for 4 days, I had to put in a request for him to come fix it. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else! This place sucks!"
