"Melody was our leasing rep assisting us with our apartment showing during our apartment search. She was very professional, up beat, and very helpful! She answered all of our questions and was timely in communication when facilitating the leasing process. Our apartment and the community is so nice! Having in-unit washers and dryers is a plus. The space is very clean, modern, and very well put together. I love the community center, where I can come in and work remotely on my remote work days. They have complimentary wi-fi, coffee, and even a printer. The hot tub and pool area is also a very nice addition, my fiance and I have been using it constantly. We also enjoy the gym area, which has modern workout equipment. The weekly food trucks and yoga classes are a nice addition as well, connecting us more closely with other members of the community. The facilities are very pet friendly, with a dog park and dog grooming station. Each day in the community center I see no less than 3 dogs each time with their owners. Overall our living experience has been wonderful here, and I would 10/10 recommend Melody as a leasing rep!"

"I love living in MAA Promenade. They were so helpful when answering all my questions when I was first moving. They are also the cheapest with the community rent and fees. And you would think if it's cheaper the quality of the place would be but it's not. If I have any problems they will fix them. I had some problems with my fridge and the next day it was fixed, with no charge. Also when we first moved in there was stuff on our shower wall and our leasing guy personally fixed it which he didn't have to do. During Christmas, they have a wrapping station for gifts. During the week they have food trucks and treats for your dogs. This place is great I'm glad that I chose to live here."

"We moved in on Halloween of this year so it’s been about 3 weeks of living here but it feels like a lot longer because it feels like home. Melody was our leasing agent and helped TREMENDOUSLY with anything I needed. I’m sure I emailed her a time too many and had way too many annoying questions but she was always so willing to help me no matter what. I love the community. I had a friend that used to live here who told me he really loved it so I didn’t look much further especially since it’s so close to work for me. Any small issue I’ve had since being here maintenance wise was fixed within 24 hours and the maintenance team has always been efficient and very nice to work with! The community is quiet and I haven’t had any issues yet. The only thing I would say, and this is not a reflection of the community but some people that live here, is that people seem to have an issue with picking up after their pets, it’s not that hard! They give us a nice area to live in, allowing any breed of dog, which is hard to find I just wish people had more respect and would pick up after their animals like I do! BUT in no way does that change my opinion on living here. It’s been great and as long as it continues to be we will renew our lease again and again. Everyone has been helpful and great, would recommend for sure and especially working with Melody if you have the chance!"

"The quiet serenity of this place stood out to us when we were apartment hunting. The grass was green, the landscaping is beautiful, and it just felt like a “neighborhood” instead of a stale, cold apartment complex. The staff is warm and friendly, and the manager Mary Beth is one of the kindest, most down to earth people I've met. They made us feel welcome, and we loved the apartments they showed us - so much so, that my husband and I both immediately knew it was our favorite out of all the tons of apartments we'd viewed in the previous weeks. I love dogs so I was very happy that dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome at this complex! That was a big plus for me. We lived here for over a year now, and we have had a great experience. The maintenance staff and management here truly care about their residents and want them to feel at home. These apartments are super clean and everything works well. We have not seen ONE bug inside our apartment... there is no pest issue whatsoever, which is always my number one concern with apartments. It’s also great to live right across the street from a large park, so I can take my dog for long walks out there and enjoy the scenery. Being right off of 36 makes this location very convenient."
