"Cons: Very strict requirements to get approved. Strict rules in regards to visitors staying longer periods (more than two weeks) There have been break-ins in the parking lot. But don’t seem to happen as often as in the past. Pros: For the age of the buildings, they’re well maintained. Heat works great. (Don’t know about AC as I’ve only been here five-ish months. The interactions I’ve had with the neighbors have been very friendly. Hot water is available all day. Takes a little longer during peak hours, but that’s expected. Apartments themselves are safe. Lots of places to eat around here. Doctors, dentist, bank etc as well. The manager (Jean) was very informative, straightforward and professional."

"I called and got a tour of the apartments, its a cheap place and with no air conditioning, and baseboard heater, this place would make motel 6 shine !!! I am divorced recently and wanted to downsize to save money but she denied me because I have to break my lease somewhere else and if this is not discrimination , what else could it be ? Before touring the place I asked a few people outside in the neighborhood regarding car vandalism an theft . They all told me it happens very often , however the manager (Jean) told me it has only happened twice in the last 4 years people will cut your catalytic convertors, but others told me break ins and theft as well. This place also requires you to pay rent as of the first day of your approved application, that means you must pay double rent to be able move in since you have a 30 day notice from where you are moving out. I am an owner of 3 rental houses myself in another state, my properties are run by management company and I know the federal laws regarding rentals & housing. I am in Colorado because of my work limited time contract, otherwise I would not look for a shady place like this ! Parking spots are so close to the apartments that every early morning you will be woken up by the car noise, and headlights of cars at night. I wonder who gave 5 stars to this place , you can only wonder ? Save yourself some sanity, and look somewhere else, unless you looking for a cheap place and car vandalism !!!"

"A great community and management! I've lived here for about 4 years and it's the best owners and management I've ever had. It is strictly non-smoking which is what my asthma requires. The owners keep up with maintenance promptly and proactively which is almost unheard of in apartment living. It's a quiet community with an older adult tenets. Just a wonderful safe place to live."

"I just got off the phone with the Customer service to try and apply for an apartment and was informed that since I smoke and haven't been sober from it for atleast 6 months prior to applying that I will be denied residency for it. That is completely unfair when I lived in previous places that didn't allow inside smoking and wouldn't deny people if they currently do. Not a great idea to deny people before they even fill out an application just for being honest. All the people that just lie instead and you let them in then your apartments but the honest people get nothing. I will glady find a different place because if they're like that before they meet you then imagine how it is once you're there."

"Inquired for a 1 bedroom today, and the manager informed me of the 4 strict qualification rules. They will not accept an application if each applicant does not have over a 700 credit score, they do not combine credit scores for more than one applicant and do not allow cosigners. Manager spoke condescendingly to me on the phone and encouraged me to speak with my partner before moving forward with touring the community so we didn't "waste her time" ."
