"This is specific to the lease and move-in process. Nick Martine from the leasing office in Camden Denver West was such a pleasure to work with. They communicated well and often, even when we opted for a self-guided tour. They left notes, contract information, and apartment brochures. Our lease and additional documentation for pets were done within 72 hours. Scheduling a move-in appointment which had to be confirmed and changed was easy with Nick. We arrived with our U-Haul and the administrative move-in process was no longer than 15 minutes. Nick was efficient with their communication and documentation. Thank you for all your help and care Nick!"

"I lived here for 15 months and just wanted to shoutout this complex if you are looking for a community to live in. The staff are very attentive and the maintenance staff are on it. I always had very pleasant encounters with everyone that works here. There are also endless trails right outside your doorstep which was amazing. Loved how close it was to downtown Golden and not too far from Denver. We really loved our time here and the amenities are great.
