"We’ve been in Avalon for 5 months now and we are so happy with the community. The office staff always go above and beyond to help us anytime we’ve had an issue, including going out of there way to find us an even better apartment to switch to after our first month as we were struggling with our noisy upstairs neighbour. The maintenance team and cleaning staff are so kind, attentive, and fast as well. The snow removal service has been extra impressive. They are out plowing as soon as it snows, even during the night, which has been so appreciated for early departures to head out skiing. We also really enjoy the community and dogs here and being so close to south table is priceless. The only minor things I’d change about living in Avalon are better/newer washing machines, a hotter hot tub, and an improved dog clean up culture. We are very happy living here :)"

"I recently made the big move from Los Angeles to Denver from an Avalon community to another, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This apartment building has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartment itself is a gem. It's spacious, well-maintained, clean and very quiet. The modern fixtures and appliances make daily living a breeze. I especially love the beautiful views of Denver's stunning landscapes from the hills nearby only 2 min walk from my apartment. The community amenities are also top-notch, from the fitness center to the pool (that I can’t wait to use when the temperatures allow it). Dominique and Thomas from the office have been exceptional. From the moment I inquired about the move back in July, they were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Their warm welcome upon arrival made me feel right at home. They made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and they genuinely care about their residents' comfort and satisfaction. Moving across states can be a daunting task, but that is the reason why I wanted to stay part of the Avalon Community. The lease transfert, the well-organized move-in checklist and the secure access systems made the transition seamless. I can't thank them enough for making this life-changing move feel like a breeze. It’s been only 2 weeks, but I already love my new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience moving from LA to Denver.
