"The community, the management, the amenities. This was my last, and best, apartment complex I've lived at in over a decade. Management was quick to address problems, hasty to address maintenance requests, and the community was fantastic. I wish I could give this complex a 5-star review, but their move-out fees are out of this world and completely inappropriate. Just be aware, your security deposit for the complex is not a security deposit you will see any money back from. Of the roughly $600 in move-out fees I paid, $25 of it was caused by some drywall damage (which was warranted). The rest was apart of the "standard" move-out process. Again, fantastic apartment complex, and I wish I hadn't been left with such a bad taste in move-out fees."

"This is more about the management company than the property itself. The apartments are a great location if you want to live in Golden. The management company I would be wary of. I have lived at several Greystar properties and increasingly upon your move out they will do things like deny you a walkthrough and use that as an opportunity to run up fraudulent charges that are not only duplicative, unwarranted, but violate their own policies and some state law. Even after we disputed the charges with them and were told we didnt have to pay them they sent our stuff to collections. Highly unprofessional, inappropriate, and abusive practices. Property great, property management horrible. Update: the current management said they’d help get this taken care of. They of course never called me back and did nothing. I would just protect yourself at move-in and move-out as much as possible."

"Living at these apartments has been an absolute delight. From the moment I moved in, I've been treated like family by the exceptional staff. Their warmth and attentiveness create a sense of belonging that's truly unique. The sense of community here is unparalleled. Neighbors have become friends, and there's a palpable sense of camaraderie that makes every day enjoyable. Whether it's a friendly chat in the common areas or a community event, I always feel right at home. The amenities are not only outstanding but meticulously maintained. The fitness center is top-notch, the swimming pool and jacuzzi a refreshing oasis, and the communal spaces are always clean and inviting. It's evident that the management takes great pride in keeping these spaces in tip-top shape! Overall, these apartments have exceeded my expectations in every way. It's not just a place to live; it's a genuine community."
