"Horrible customer service. I ordered propane almost 4 weeks ago and had to prepay for it. I have yet to receive a delivery. I have called customer service and I am told you are scheduled today. Nobody shows then the say by Friday. Nobody shows. Then they say Monday nobody shows. People answering phones are not even local and have no clue what is going on. When customers rely on propane to heat their home, it is imperative the delivery occur on time. Ferrell has you need to take a course in customer service and delivery of your products and services!"
