"My husband and I have lived in our home for over 2 years and we are still waiting for repairs that we reported during our first year warranty period, including our final visit where we were promised sealing settlement cracks around the doors and windows. We also have sinking front stoop, creating a significant tripping hazard. The technicians are super nice and helpful, but totally overworked and overbooked. Management overshares the company’s dirty laundry and places blame on former employees instead of actually improving customer service."

"I've had many issues with my home that I live in with my husband and kids. Many issues have been substantial enough to be hazardous to my family (especially kids). I wait and wait on a response to get my home fixed and am usually waiting weeks to hear that I will need to wait for another person to talk with to get my problems solved. The unprofessionalism that has plagued my experiences with Shazam Home Services has been just downright vile. Hope this reaches someone who actually cares. Probably won't."
"1) Per Shazam's jobs website, they are paying their technicians minimum wage. This is why they're so short staffed and booking so far out. The problem is the company, not the employees. The employees are doing their best with what's given to them. 2) If you like following up on multiple issues MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK boy is this the company to talk to. 100% percent of the issues fall into your hands, even after a tech has come out and submitted a warranty claim. I've printed out a calander at this point with each coorispondance regarding different issues. Once you've let Shazam know of an issue, you can't add any new ones after they come out and take pictures. So you might be waiting for months to have somebody come out, quit, and then have Shazam forget about your issue. 3) Whenever the tradespeople come out (they are not employed directly by Shazam) they're lovely."
