"I highly recommend Halftime Help! I started using Halftime Help for snow removal, not only for my driveway, but they also do my back deck and stairs as my dog is old and it's difficult for him to go down the stairs to the yard when it's covered with snow. They are reasonably priced and do a great job! We had our truck in the driveway one morning and to our surprise they took the time to clear it off for us and they not only clear the snow on the deck, but they clear the snow off the outdoor furniture as well. I've been using another company to do my lawn service, but after using Halftime Help, I'm so impressed by them, that I plan on switching to Halftime Help for my lawn service this spring also."

"I do not recommend this company if you are looking for confidence in your provider or dependability. After signing a very detailed contract with them on when they will come, they have shown up when there wasn't enough snow. One time I advised them not to come for this reason and I was sent a very terse text by the owner, Dan. If you live in Lone Tree or surrounding areas you know what the snow fall was the night of 12/25/23. Half-Time was a no show yesterday to my property. When I finally called them in the afternoon, they said they didn't come because a customer/neighbor said there wasn't enough snow. Nowhere in my contract does it read make determinations based on a text from a neighbor. That neighbor by the way, texted them not to come because her neighbor did her driveway and sidewalk. I sent them an email last night terminating my contract with them, but stating that I expected them to fulfill what should have been done yesterday and wasn't. I've been advised this morning, I no longer have a contract with them as of yesterday, so they aren't coming. I'm 71 years old and out there this morning trying to shovel my sidewalks and driveway. If this is how you want to do business.....choose HT. If you want character and integrity, choose someone else."

"Half Time Help is a great company and an excellent business concept helping athletes in many ways. The students are knowledgeable, polite, respectful and on time! The company’s communication is top notch so you know exactly what to expect and when. We will be hiring the students again, so glad we know them. Shout out to Tanner and Sam who were the students who came to our house. They were great, we would be happy to have them help us again!"

"The crew arrived on time, evaluated the work to be done and began working. Although the team was comprised of young men, it was evident that the extreme heat was slowly taking its toll on them. (My recommendation would be to have air circulating hats and a very large ice filled water cooler.) The already established three man crew did a great job, which included clean up. Worth the fee asked and you are helping high school students who already have a good work ethic. Great job guys."
