"I've placed orders online/over the phone through Enchanted Florist a couple of times but just recently went in to order a bouquet to be delivered to my niece for her 16th birthday. I asked for 16 roses in different colors and expected they'd be small white, yellow, and light pink things with some baby's breath and greenery since I wasn't more specific. The woman who took my order, Bee?, was friendly and helpful and got all the details taken care of then invited me to look around the shop.
